Dr. Eliana Torres is passionate about thoughtful dental care that puts people first. Her interest in dentistry began while volunteering at a community dental event during her undergraduate years at Texas Tech University, where she discovered the impact of relieving pain and helping others.

Born and raised in El Paso, Dr. Torres is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants whose work ethic and compassion continue to shape her values. As a Latina dentist and owner of Elevate Dental, she welcomes patients from all backgrounds into a supportive environment.

Dr. Torres earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry in 2018. After eight years in practice, becoming a mother inspired her to build a practice reflecting her commitment to personalized care.

She believes great dentistry begins with trust. Through honest communication, patient education, and clear explanations of treatment options, she helps patients feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their decisions. She particularly enjoys root canal therapy and supporting patients with dental anxiety, including conscious sedation when appropriate.

Outside the office, Dr. Torres enjoys time with her husband, their son, and two dogs. She loves traveling, discovering restaurants, attending music festivals, and unwinding with a true-crime podcast or documentary.

Nikita Morales

Operations Manager

Nikita Morales is an Operations Manager who began her career in dentistry as a Registered Dental Assistant in 2017. Through dedication, continued growth, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care, she advanced into a leadership role where she combines her clinical background with strong operational management skills to support both patients and dental teams. 

A graduate of Arizona Western College, Nikita is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel valued, respected, and cared for. She believes that kindness, transparency, equality, and a high standard of customer service are essential to building trust and delivering outstanding dental experiences. Her dedication to excellence has been recognized through receiving the Best Customer Service Award in 2024. Under her leadership, her dental office was also recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in San Antonio, Texas, for three consecutive years, reflecting her commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting a team that provides exceptional care. 

Originally from San Luis, Arizona, near Yuma, Nikita enjoys spending her free time exploring the outdoors through road trips, camping, fishing, and hiking. She also enjoys music, cooking, art, movies, and reading, finding inspiration through creativity and new experiences. Nikita takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their dental care. Her journey from Dental Assistant to Operations Manager allows her to bring a unique perspective, combining hands-on clinical experience with leadership, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.
